Celia is absolutely a genius at what she does! She is kind and funny with a wonderful energy. She made us feel special and comfortable and went above and beyond our expectations. All of our friends and family were very impressed with her skill. She truly is a wonderful soul and we were beyond blessed to have her marry us. I would recommend her to anyone, and plan on doing so!
