Celia is an amazing person! We were very lucky to have found and had her perform our ceremony. My guests said that it was the best ceremony that they have ever been to, definately one to remember! Celia was always responsive to my e-mails and phone calls, highly organized and never left me hanging lol I highly recommened her to anyone who is looking for an upbeat, organized, and well spoken officiant! 🙂
